That’s why I created Changing Places in 2010 to offer a more personal, caring alternative to the fast-paced, high-volume agencies out there.

I wanted to build an agency that listens. That really listens. An agency that understands the emotional weight of buying, selling, or renting a home, and gives clients the time, attention and care they deserve. Based in North Riding and serving Johannesburg’s northern suburbs, Changing Places works with Sellers, Buyers, Lessors and Lessees – always with the same core values at heart: integrity, honesty, profitability and sincerity.

Of course, experience matters too. My background includes everything from real estate development and marketing strategy to property investment and sales. I’ve also built a fantastic team of specialist consultants who bring not only years of experience to the table, but also a genuine passion for helping people make sound property decisions.
